Islamic program + full conventional menu

The program

What families ask us first, answered plainly.

Structured as a purchase and sale

Islamic home financing programs are generally built around a cost-plus purchase-and-sale arrangement, often called Murabaha, instead of an interest-bearing promissory note. Nader will walk you through the actual documents.

Profit, disclosed up front

In a cost-plus structure the institution's profit is agreed at the outset as part of the sale price, rather than accruing as interest over time. You should see exactly what you owe and to whom before you sign.

One advisor, every path

If a conventional loan, a refinance, or a different product turns out to fit your family better later, you stay with the same person. No starting over with a new lender.

A family-first process

Questions about how the structure works are normal and welcome. Bring your spouse, your parents, and your scholar into the conversation — that is how this should be done.

Why All Western is different

Most Islamic financing shops can only offer you one product.

All Western Mortgage is the only mortgage company that offers this Islamic home-financing program and a full menu of conventional mortgage products. That matters more than it sounds. If a conventional path, a refinance, or a different product ends up fitting your family better — now or in five years — you are not sent somewhere else. You stay with Nader.

Questions

Before you apply.

How is this different from a conventional mortgage?

Islamic home financing programs are typically documented as a purchase-and-sale rather than a loan with an interest-bearing note. The institution buys the property and sells it to you at an agreed price payable over time. Ask Nader for the specific contract documents for this program and review them with your own scholar.

Is this program certified halal?

This program is certified against the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA) resolution on Islamic home financing in the United States, which sets out what a Murabaha (cost-plus) contract must satisfy: genuine ownership before the sale, disclosed cost and profit, a fixed total price, and no invalid or inequitable conditions. The AMJA resolution is a published scholarly standard rather than an endorsement of any one company, so we put the actual contracts in front of you and you review them against it with a scholar you trust. You can read the resolution on the program page.

Why go through All Western Mortgage?

All Western Mortgage offers this Islamic home-financing program alongside a full menu of conventional mortgage products. Specialist shops that offer Islamic financing typically offer only that one program. Here, your family can stay with one advisor even if your needs change.

Can I use this for a refinance conversation?

Nader can discuss both purchase and refinance scenarios and explain which options are available to you. Every scenario is subject to application, underwriting, and program guidelines.

What do I need to apply?

Start with the online application — it collects the basics. Nader will tell you exactly what documentation is needed for your situation rather than sending you a generic checklist.

Ready to start the conversation?

Apply online in a few minutes, or call Nader directly and talk it through first. Both go to the same place: a real person who handles this program every day.
